Use: The lacquer for boats is a clear (colourless) lacquer intended for theprotection and decoration of the external and internal wooden surfaces. It penetrates well into the wooden pores and protects it efficiently inall climatic conditions. It is distinguished by a high lustre and highlights the natural wood structure.
Composition: A high quality of alkyd resins.Method of application: It is applied undiluted with a brush, roller or spraying in two or three layers. Before applying it the wooden surfaces must be sanded down and the sanded dust removed.After applying the first layer of the lacquer, a gentle sanding is desirable. The drying period between layers should be at least 24 hours.
Coverage: 1 lit. can cover an area of 6 - 10 m2 , in one layer.
