Type of Resin
RADOPOL T208MC is a pre-accelerated, medium-reactivity, low-viscosity unsaturated polyester resin used in the production of acrylic bathtubs.
Resin Application
The resin is formulated for spraying with the addition of glass roving reinforcement and CaCO3 filler. It is used for the production of acrylic bathtubs and is applied at room temperature with the addition of MEKP, followed by post-curing in a tunnel at 33-37°C.
Properties
- Excellent wetting of roving and filler
- Excellent water resistance
- Good chemical resistance
- Good mechanical properties
- Good resistance to thermal shocks
- Stable gel time
- Production with incoming raw material control, process control, and final product quality control
Advantages
- Ability to adjust the resin/filler ratio according to your own production conditions
- Good mechanical properties, water resistance, and thermal shock resistance ensure the required product quality
- Ability to adjust the gel time according to your own needs within a wide time range
- Every work order undergoes final product quality control and is in accordance with the given technical specification
